Our Apartments

Rentals are available all year round, with a minimum of 3 nights for most of the year, 5 nights at Christmas/New Year and 7 nights during the Festival. Please use the booking form to check availability with us. Please enquire if you wish to rent for longer periods, or for shorter bookings which may be available at the last minute.

Royal Mile 1 Bedroom Apartment

Sleeps 2 - 4 guests, with 1 double bedroom and 1 double sofa bed in the living room.


Royal Mile 1 Bedroom Apartment

Our ideally placed Royal Mile 1 Bedroom Apartment is situated directly in the centre of The Royal Mile in Edinburgh's historic Old Town. It is quietly located on the south facing side of the building (away from The Royal Mile), on the 3rd floor with a lift / elevator and secure entry system. Literally 4 minutes walk to the Castle & the Palace of Holyrood House. Waverley Railway Station and Scottish Parliament are all within a stone's throw.

Bathroom with shower over bath, fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences. Living room with Freeview TV and DVD player. All linen and towels provided. Grocery Starter Pack with helpful essentials.

This apartment is located in the same complex and on the same floor as our Royal Mile 2 Bedroom Apartment, and so these apartments are suitable for booking in tandem for familes or larger groups travelling together.

The Tron Square Apartment is situated on the top (third) floor of Anne House, a modern apartment building situated on Bell's Wynd, one of the closes (or alleyways) directly behind The Royal Mile. The apartment has open views over Upper Tron Square.

Location-wise, the Tron Square apartment shares most of the positioning advantages of our Royal Mile apartments, being only 200 feet from the Royal Mile, with Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace being only a few minutes walk either up or down the Mile.

Royal Mile 2 Bedroom Apartment

Our lovely Royal Mile 2 Bedroom Apartment is again situated directly in the middle of the Royal Mile in the heart of Edinbugh's historic Old Town. However, the special feature of this apartment is that both the sitting room and kitchen face out directly onto The Royal Mile with excellent views over the historic centre of Edinburgh, with the 2 bedrooms to the rear.

Again, the apartment is quietly located on the 3rd floor with secure entry system in the same private complex as our Royal Mile 1 Bedroom Apartment, and so is suitable for booking in tandem for familes or larger groups travelling together.

Parking and General Information

If you know Edinburgh, you'll know how precious parking spaces are in the city. Our three apartments share two parking spaces, which are bookable on a 'first come, first served' basis - so do remember to ask for parking if you think you will require it during your stay. The central location of all of the apartments probably means that you will not use your car once you have arrived in Edinburgh, as it's so easy to reach so much of the city on foot or by public transport.

The parking spaces are in a lock-up garage, and the door of the garage means that there is a height restriction on vehicles using it - the clearance is 6 feet or approximately 1.8 metres. The dimensions are big enough to park a car the size of a Ford Focus.

Should your car be too large to fit in the garage you will have to make alternative arrangements for parking, and we accept no liability for parking fines which may be incurred if you do not follow parking regulations.
